Group Standard Requirements for Packaging, Storage and Transportation of Wet Electronic Chemicals Officially Implemented

2026-04-28
Recently, the group standard Requirements for Packaging, Storage and Transportation of Wet Electronic Chemicals (T/CCLLA 014—2026), approved and issued by the Standardization Committee of China Chemical Circulation Association, has been officially put into effect.

In the formulation process of this standard, BSL (Baishili), as the first drafting unit, jointly completed the development together with core industrial chain enterprises including Xingfu Electronics and Jingrui Advanced Materials. This standard effectively fills the domestic gap in packaging, storage and transportation standards for wet electronic chemicals in high-end manufacturing scenarios.

1. Professional Accumulation: Forging Leading Position with Technological Advantages

As a leading enterprise in the industry, BSL boasts profound technical accumulation in the packaging, storage and transportation of wet electronic chemicals. As semiconductor processes advance to nanometer nodes, trace impurities can easily cause device failure, imposing extreme requirements on packaging containers and delivery systems.

Through independent research and development, BSL has developed cutting-edge products including Ultra-Clean PFA Tube, Ultra-Clean PFA Connector and Ultra-Clean HDPE Drum. It controls metal ion precipitation at the parts per trillion (ppt) level, with all indicators complying with SEMI Standards and meeting the stringent purity requirements of advanced manufacturing processes. Driven by continuous technological innovation and extensive practical experience, BSL has gained high recognition across the industry and become a core participant in drafting this standard.

2. Standardized Guidance: Building a Standardized Barrier for the Whole Industrial Chain

Issued to unify technical specifications and operational norms, this group standard systematically improves industrial safety and collaboration efficiency. It integrates key elements such as packaging types, packaging cleaning specifications, storage and transportation requirements, and inspection rules, effectively standardizing the packaging, storage and transportation of wet electronic chemicals and optimizing collaboration processes between upstream and downstream enterprises.
By optimizing management systems, improving emergency response mechanisms and clarifying environmental protection and recycling regulations, the standard not only helps enterprises enhance internal governance, but also conveys the industry’s shared commitment to quality and sustainable development to the market, and strengthens customers’ trust in the domestic chemical supply system.

3. Focus on Advanced Manufacturing: Driving Industrial Chain Upgrading

Rather than a simple extension of general specifications, this standard is formulated in strict alignment with the stringent demands for high-purity reagents in advanced manufacturing industries such as semiconductors, and is applicable to high-purity chemicals of G3, G4 and G5 grades.

In addition, the standard cites more than a dozen current national and industrial standards, greatly enhancing its practical value. Meanwhile, it sets strict regulations on contact materials such as Ultra-Clean HDPE and PTFE, as well as product cleaning procedures, fully catering to the extreme purity demands of advanced processes.

At present, this standard has been recognized by many top enterprises in high-precision manufacturing fields. As the first drafting unit of the group standard, BSL will continue to boost high-quality development and comprehensive competitiveness of China’s semiconductor material industry through sustained innovation investment and standard promotion.
